Eligibility for a Refund
You may qualify for a full refund under the following circumstances:

- You do not receive a recommendation from the healthcare professional after completing your evaluation.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- You submit incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information as part of your application.
- You fail to submit required documentation to the state after receiving a recommendation.
- You are ineligible under state regulations due to legal, residency, or other requirements.
- Your certification is revoked or denied by the state for reasons outside of LeafyRX’s control.
- You miss or fail to complete your scheduled consultation with the healthcare provider.
- A recommendation has already been issued by a healthcare professional and you later request a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@leafyrx.org within five (5) days of receiving the state’s denial notice.
- Include proof of denial issued by the applicable state regulatory agency.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

At LeafyRX, we do not ship any physical products. Our service connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals for evaluations related to medical services. If approved, patients will receive their medical certification electronically.

- If approved, your medical certification will be sent via email within 24 hours of your consultation.
- Please ensure that the email address provided during registration is accurate, as all communications and approvals will be sent digitally.
Delivery Issues and Resolution
- If you do not receive your certification within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
- If it is still not received, contact our customer support team at support@leafyrx.org for assistance.
- LeafyRX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, technical issues, or delays from the healthcare provider or state regulatory agencies.
